My Story
My journey as a coach began 20 years ago...
I had a well established career in marketing and advertising, working for companies like MasterCard and USA Network. But, while I loved my work, something was missing. That began my quest to find my true career purpose. Looking back, I have always had a deep intuition about people, what drives them and what holds them back from their ultimate potential, and a natural desire to make others feel safe, supported, and capable of change. People, some of who I barely knew, consistently sought me out for advice and support, yet I still couldn’t see the path.
A choice that changed my life...
Seeking answers, I enrolled into an executive coaching program. I learned that one of my superpowers is helping very successful people actualize new realizations about themselves and the downstream impacts of their behaviors and beliefs. These insights are the foundation for personal and career growth. Taking the leap of faith, I quit my job and Envision Leadership Consulting was born. That also began my love of training and instructional design.
Learning and growing with my clients...
Since then, I have been a voracious learner about the impact of mindset on performance and satisfaction, and how to create tools to optimize performance of managers and leaders. I have built up an arsenal of leadership and people management tools and diagnostics that bring true value to my clients. My clients range from mid-level to C-suite to business owners, across a multitude of industries (finance, manufacturing, media, fashion, pharmaceuticals, engineering, sports, consumer products, etc.) from Fortune 100 to well established startups. I also partner with top talent in the field to offer a wider range of solutions to my clients.

Personal
I spent most of my life in NY before relocating to North Carolina. I have a B.S. in Marketing from Syracuse University (where I learned that there is such a thing as too much snow.) While working for many years in NYC, I became a graduate of Gotham City Improv. Humor is such a wonderful tool for connection and engagement and improv reignited my creative thinking. I apply many of those theories to my work, bringing “yes, and” into my teachings and my own interactions to foster deeper listening and connections.
As a single mom to a teenager and two rescue pups, I spend a lot of my time shuttling to soccer practices, school, and events. When I’m not working (or playing Uber driver) I can be found enjoying the outdoors (hiking, kayaking, walking the dogs,) reading a great book or planning my next travel adventure.
