Changing jobs or shifting to a new career is on the list of one of life’s most stressful experiences. My job as a career coach is to take some of the fear and anxiety out of the process while providing structure and support to get you to that next, right role. As someone who took the leap of faith myself from corporate employee to business owner, I know first-hand both how daunting and exciting finding the right work can be.

According to current data, the average American changes jobs 8-14 times in their career. This happens for various reasons: layoffs, working for ineffective leaders, lack of growth opportunities in your current company or simply the desire to go after that dream job.

Regardless of the reason, it can feel quite challenging to get on a path of clarity and action towards that next role. That’s where our work together comes in.
